A note from the writer
I'm Beau. I graduated high school last fall and now I'm going to Tech. I want to be a diesel mechanic. I am not a huge computer guy but I guess I use them as much as anybody else because that's how everybody talks to each other. I love NASCAR and never miss a race. Earnhardt Jr. 88 is what I'm about. I had some stuff happen to me on the computer and so I talk about some of it here. Some of it was lame but now I think I've got it figured out, so you can figure it out too.

What is my footprint?
A footprint is the mark you leave behind you. With computers you have to be careful not only where you leave your mark, you have to be careful that your mark is a good one. Like you always leave a mark even when you don't think you do. Someone can track it, so you want it to be legal. But then too, there are ways you can make your mark say only what you want it to say, kind of like if you don't want anyone to discover your footprint's fingerprints, you wear shoes. The internet is the same basically. You just make sure your mark is good and your mark is what you want, and your set.

Experiences to share
Like I said, I had some stuff happen to me on the computer and it freaked me out for a while but now I am not so worried. I just learned from my mistakes and hopefully you can learn from them too.

  • Ripped Off - I had my credit card number stolen. I hadn't even had it a whole year yet either.
  • What's yours is yours- I learned about what I can use and can't use on the internet
  • Cheaters- I gave in to some folks doing some cheating. I thought it was like copying homework but I guess not.
